Counselling in Bristol & online
A safe, supportive space to help you feel more at peace with yourself
A safe, supportive space to help you feel more at peace with yourself
Taking the brave step into counselling can feel daunting. If you're based in Bristol or looking for online counselling, I'm here to help. There are many counsellors out there and I know that finding the right one matters- someone who truly listens and understands what you're going through. Feel free to get in touch for a free 20 min chat to see if we are the right fit.

I am a BACP registered counsellor based in Bristol and mum to a large family who has had a diverse career path leading me to begin studying counselling in 2017. I have worked as a reflexologist, taught in schools both in the UK and abroad and spent 10 years first volunteering and then in a leadership role in a local charity supporting refugees and asylum seekers
My experiences with people of all ages from all walks of life have helped me to understand the importance of self awareness and self acceptance. I aim to work towards this with my clients and my goal is to help you make any changes you need in order to feel more at peace with yourself.
I'm here to walk alongside you with warmth and without judgement. I offer a safe, supportive space to slow down, make sense of your thoughts and emotions, and find a way forward that feels right for you. My approach is caring, flexible and empathetic, shaped by my training and my own experiences
I work in an integrative, Person Centred way drawing on a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, and Internal Family Systems. This means I have a toolkit of approaches which I adapt to suit the clients needs.
I support people through a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, self‑criticism, rumination, self‑abandonment and boarding school syndrome. I also work with life transitions, relationship difficulties, low self‑esteem, grief, stress and overwhelm, perfectionism, people‑pleasing, and feeling stuck or disconnected.

I offer in person sessions, online counselling or telephone counselling. In person sessions are either in a Bristol Therapy space or walk and talk therapy in various natural locations around Bristol such as Snuff Mills, Ashton Court or Purdown.
If you decide to get in touch, we can arrange a free 20 minute introductory call to meet each other and chat about your needs.
